  • Mango paste 1/2 cup
  • Hung curd 1/2 cup
  • Sugar powder as per ur taste and depands upon mango sweetness
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Saffron crocus 8-10
  • Saffron crocus ,Chopped almonds and pistachio for garnishing
  • Ingredients for vermicelli bowl
  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • Pure ghee 1tsp
  • Mango paste 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

How to make Vermicelli Mango shrikhand

  1. First we will make mango paste For this take 1 bowl mango slice grind it and make smooth paste
  2. Now we will make vermicelli bowl ..
  3. Take a pan put 1/2 cup mango paste and sugar in it and cook it until become thick mango jam
  4. Take a wok put 1tsp ghee on it and heat it .
  5. In hot ghee put vermicelli and roast on slow flame until become golden brown in colour
  6. Now add mango jam in it and mix well and after 1min switch of the flame
  7. Now take a glass bowl and put vermicelli Mango mixture and give the shape of bowl with pressing the spoon
  8. Now put it on refrigerator to set the vermicelli bowl
  9. Now we will make mango Shrikhand
  10. For Shrikhand take hung curd in bowl add mango paste, green cardamom powder, powder sugar and saffron crocus and mix them well
  11. Put this Shrikhand in refrigerator for chilled
  12. When you want to serve the mango Shrikhand remove set vermicelli bowl from glass bowl
  13. Fill it with chilled mango Shrikhand and garnish with almond , pistachio and saffron crocus ..
