Deeply Dense, Smooth fluffy ,textured mousse

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 500gm of Lychee fresh or canned,
  2. a cup of sugar (optional),
  3. 500gm fresh or canned mango,
  4. 1/2 cup Soy Yogurt,
  5. AgarAgar [as required]
  6. 1 cup non-dairy cream,
  7. for garnish: Chopped kiwi ,Pomegranate and some (optional - Litchi and mangoes)

Instructions

  1. Chop the Lychee& make puree using blender. Repeat the same for mango.
  2. now whip the non dairy cream. Add the agar agar to the puree &very gently fold the whipped cream & Soy Yogurt &sugar.
  3. i used the hand blender set it in the shot glass as desired
