ABOUT The Yellow jar-Mango jelly,Mango custard and Mango condensed chia yogurt RECIPE

In yellow jar, I am used mango for yellow colour. I am used diffrent yellow shaides of mangoes. I am used mango jelly, mango custard and mango, condansed milk, chia seeds in yogurt for layering and garnish with fresh mint. It is yumny combination of diffrent taste in one colour. In thhis summer seasion this is yummy combitations for chilling.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Gelatine one pack or 2 spoon
  2. 3 mango ripe
  3. 4-5 spoon powder sugar
  4. 3 spoon vanilla flavoured custard
  5. 0ne and half cup whole cream milk
  6. 2 spoon condensed Milk
  7. One cup yogurt
  8. One spoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. First wash mango and chopped it
  2. Take a grinding jar, put chopped mangoes in it and make smooth puree.
  3. For mango jelly
  4. First take mango juice and mix one and half spoon gelatin powder and one spoon sugar or according to taste in it. Keep for 15 min.
  5. Mix approximately one mango puree in this gelatin mixture. Pour in microwave proof bowl and give one minute microwave heat.
  6. Now pour in serving glasses for making first layer.
  7. Keep for one hour refrigerator for cooling and setting.
  8. For yogurt-
  9. Take yogurt, condensed milk, 1/2 spoon sugar and chia seeds. Mix all ingredients well and keep aside for one hour. Because chia seed soaked well.
  10. For custard- this will make after half an hour of first layer
  11. In a sauce pan take milk and heat it. Take custuered Powder in bowl and 3 spoon of water and Mix well. When milk heat mix 3 spoon of sugar or according to taste. Boil it well when once milk was boiled mix custuered Powder mixture slowly slowly and continue move your spetula in mixing motion fast.
  12. Check no lumps in your custuered mixture. Heat off. Now mix three to four spoon mango puree in this mixture. Mix well and keep for cooling outside. Now this mixture pour in refrigerator cooling glass for making second layer. And again keep in refrigerator for cooling and setting.
  13. After one hour check your yogurt that chia seeds are soaked. If yes than mix one spoon mango puree in it. Mix well and pour this mixture in same serving glass for making top layer.
  14. Keep this glasses 1-1/2 to 2 hours in refrigerator for chilling before serving.
  15. Garnish with fresh mint.
