Ingredients to make jambo prawns with tender coconut and pineapple cream sauce

  • jambl prawns 500 gms
  • green chilly paste 1 tspn
  • tender coconut paste of one coconut
  • coconut milk 1 cup(thick)
  • pineapple crush 3 tblspn
  • fresh cream 2 tblspn
  • red chilly pwdr 1/2 tspn
  • Coconut water
  • oil
  • Salt
  • Lime juice

How to make jambo prawns with tender coconut and pineapple cream sauce

  1. marinade the prawns with salt,ginger paste,turmeric powder.
  2. saute the prawns,keep aside
  3. in the same oil add rest of ingredients tender coconut paste,coconut milk,fresh cream,pineapples crush,salt,red chilly powder,green chilly paste .saute for few minutes.
  4. add coconut water as desired, bring upto boil,add prawns.
  5. boil till the gravy thickens.
  6. add lime juice,stir well. then add some more cream.
  7. Then put everything in microwave safe bowl, cook for 5-6 minutes, in high power.
My Tip: to make coconut milk,grate the coconut, put in mixture along with lukewarm water,blend then strain.
