Ingredients to make Chiken liver masala

  • chicken liver - 200 gm
  • onion [chopped] - 2
  • ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chicken masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • mustard oil
  • Tomatoes [chopped] - 2
  • Coriander leaves [handful]

How to make Chiken liver masala

  1. Wash chicken liver and keep aside. Heat some oil in a pan.
  2. Add the chopped onion, saute till golden brown.
  3. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds.
  4. Then add the powdered masalas and give it a stir. Then add the chicken liver along with some salt.
  5. Cook with a lid on, then once the liver is half cooked, then add chopped tomatoes. cook further till they are done. Check for salt and garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
