Ingredients to make pasta and bruschetta

  • pasta 1&1/2 cup
  • for red gravy
  • 4-5 medium sized tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • onion 1medium sized
  • Garlic pods 3-4
  • salt as per taste
  • butter
  • For White Sauce
  • Butter 1 tsp
  • maida/all purpose flour 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • 1 cup milk
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • for bruschetta
  • Garlic bread loaf
  • little bell peppers chopped
  • Grated cheese
  • oregano
  • chilly flakes
  • butter

How to make pasta and bruschetta

  1. keep enough water for boiling
  2. as it becomes hot add pasta
  3. add 1/4 tsp of oil
  4. add 1/4 tsp of salt
  5. as it is boiled for 7-8 minutes
  6. remove one pasta press and see if its cooked
  7. if its cooked remove from hot water
  8. take in seiver
  9. pour little cold water on it
  10. pour half a tsp of oil on it and mix
  11. with this they won't stick
  12. keep them aside
  13. for red sauce
  14. blanch tomato
  15. in grinder add blanched tomato
  16. add garlic
  17. add onion
  18. grind it to paste
  19. in a pan add butter
  20. add this gravy
  21. let it cook till raw smell of onion vanish
  22. add 1 tsp of tomato sauce to it
  23. add oregano and chilly flakes
  24. keep aside
  25. process for white sauce
  26. in small pan add butter
  27. as butter melts add maida
  28. saute in butter
  29. add milk
  30. stir continuously,otherwise lumps will form
  31. as it boils add salt
  32. add sugar
  33. add black pepper powder
  34. switch off flame
  35. now mix white sauce in red sauce
  36. add pasta and bell peppers
  37. pasta is ready
  38. process for bruschetta
  39. slice bread loaf
  40. apply butter on both sides
  41. make crispi on one side
  42. I have used non stick tawa to make bruschetta
  43. so make crispi on tawa
  44. on the crispi side
  45. add some bell peppers
  46. grated cheese
  47. sprinkle oregano
  48. sprinkle chili flakes
  49. place on tawa for 2-3 minutes
  50. bruschetta are ready
  51. you can bake in oven also
