Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Apple pieces 1 cup
  2. Banana pieces 1 cup
  3. Carrot grated 1 cup
  4. Coconut fresh 1 cup
  5. Sugar 11/2 cup
  6. Ghee 2-3 tbsp
  7. Milk 1 cup
  8. Cashew pieces 1/2 cup
  9. Salt a pinch

Instructions

  1. Grind carrot and milk together.
  2. Put it in a thick bottom kadai to boil.
  3. Add banana and apple pieces. Also add coconut.
  4. Keep stirring. Add the sugar, let them blend together.
  5. Add ghee and keep stirring. Once it starts leaving the sides of the container,and salt and it's done. Add cardamom powder.
  6. Roast the cashew pieces in a little ghee and garnish it.
