Ingredients to make Stuffed tomato in gravy

  • 4 big tomatoes
  • Ingredients for filling.....
  • 1cup panner grated
  • 1/2 cup Khoya
  • 1 patoto boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 tb gramamasala
  • 1/2 chaat masala
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 red chilli powder
  • Ingredients for gravy.....
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1tb gramamasala
  • 1 redchlii powder
  • Greenchilli
  • 1 tb Ginger garlic paste
  • 3tb oil
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1tb Suga
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • 1tb corinadar powder
  • 1/2 haldi
  • Kasuri Methi

How to make Stuffed tomato in gravy

  1. Mix all ingredients mentioned above for filling in a bowl
  2. Take four large tomato and seedless
  3. Fill tomato with filling and keep aside
  4. Heat one tb oil in pan add Onion cut in cubes saute for a minute add tomato cut in cubes and saute again now add cashew and mix well
  5. Now transfer the ready mixture in a plate let allow to.cool
  6. Now grand this mixture in mixi jar till fine paste
  7. Now in deep pan heat oil and pour ready mixture paste in pan and cook
  8. Add ginger garlic paste
  9. Add all dry ingredients in mixture and mix well.
  10. Cook till oil leaves
  11. Add milk and Mix well add sugar and kasuri methi mix
  12. Now add stuffed tomato in gravy and cover the pan and cook for five minutes
  13. When tomato became soft off the gas
  14. Add corinadar leaves and garammasala
  15. Serve hot with roti
