Ingredients to make Caramel butter scotch panna cotta

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy milk cream
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp agar powder
  • 1/2 tsp butter scotch powder
  • Some chopped mix fruits.
  • For caramel:-
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Butter

How to make Caramel butter scotch panna cotta

  1. In a bowl cook milk and heavy cream on low flame.
  2. When it starts to boiling add sugar and butter scotch powder.. Mix it very well.
  3. When sugar completely dissolve then add agar powder..generally we mix agar with hot water but this time I add this in hot milk.
  4. After mixing agar powder it becomes thick.
  5. Now off the flame then pour the mixture in a small bowl.
  6. Set it in freeze for 1 hrs.
  7. Caramel syrup:- Take a bowl. Add sugar and on medium flame caramelize sugar.
  8. when it melts then add butter... And off the flame.
  9. Platting of panna cotta:-
  10. Take a dish. Reverse the set panna cotta bowl on the dish.
  11. Pour the caramel syrup. Garnish with fruits.
  12. Enjoy this chilled delicious panna cotta dessert.
