Ingredients to make Aamrakhand

  • Fresh curd-500 gm
  • Powdered sugar-1/4 cup
  • Mango Pulp-1cup
  • Cashews or almonds-4
  • Pistachios-5/6
  • Green cardamon

How to make Aamrakhand

  1. Tie curd in any thick cloth and hang it with this all water from curd will drain out and it will get thick and rence.Now take it out from cloth and place it in a bowl.
  2. Cut cashews or almonds in small and fine thin chunks peel cardamon and ground to make powder,Thinly cut pistachious as well.
  3. Add powdered sugar,mango pulp,1/2 almonds, pistachious,cashews and green cardamon powder in it hung curd and mix well.serve aamrkhand in small bowls and garnish with rest of pistachious and almonds.
