Ingredients to make Sev Potato Dahi Poori

  • Poori of paani poori 50 no.
  • Boiled and masned potatoes 400 grms
  • salt to taste
  • Sev ( crisp and small) 500 grms ( nonspicy)
  • curd 500 grms
  • sugar 2 tbsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Zeera powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • For green chutney
  • coriander leaves finely chopped 1 bunch
  • mint leaves 25 to 30 no.
  • Green chilli crushed 1
  • salt to taste
  • imli chutney 1 packet.
  • coriander leaves finely chopped for garnish.

How to make Sev Potato Dahi Poori

  1. Make green chutney by blending coriander leaves, mint, salt and green chilli.
  2. Add salt to Mashed Potato.
  3. Add salt, chilli powder, zeera powder and Sugar to curd. Mix well.
  4. Now make a hole in the Poori with a tip of a spoon.
  5. Fill mashed potato than add green chutney than Imli chutney.
  6. Than fill curd in it. Than Sprinkle Sev on it. The chaat is ready to be served.
  7. Serve with garnish of coriander leaves.
