  • Diced melon 1.5 cup
  • Diced kiwi 1/2 cuo
  • Duced Apple 1 cup
  • Diced watermelon 1cups
  • Diced Mango 1&1/2cups
  • Diced Cucumber 1cup
  • Diced tomatoes 1cup
  • Diced Broccoli 3/4 cup
  • Sliced carrot 1/2 cup
  • Diced zucchini 1/2 cup
  • Dressing :
  • 1banana
  • Coriander 1cup
  • Kosher Salt as per taste
  • Castor sugar 1tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp

How to make Seasonal 5 fruit salad

  1. Mix all fruits and vegetables
  2. Blend banana , corriender leaves,lemon juice to make dressing for salad.Add 1tsp sugar,pepper and kosher salt .
  3. Mix dressing with fruit and vegetables and toss.
  4. Serve cold
