  • kashmiri lal mirch 1 tspn
  • cumin pwdr 1 tspn
  • garam masala pwdr 1 tspn

  • kebab chini pwdr 1 tspn
  • melted butter 3tblspn
  • ghee 2 tblspn
  • Egg 1
  • hung curd 4 tblspn

How to make Gulabari murg tikka

  1. marinade all the ingredients with chicken pieces for 1 hour without butter
  2. fix in the skewers cook in microwave for 10 min in 180degreeC
  3. brush the butter and burn over the gas top
  4. kebab is ready,serve hot with coriander- imli chatni,salad and raita
