  • Dates-100gm seeds less
  • Milk-1cup
  • Cardmom powder -1pinch
  • Cashewnuts-2teaspoon chopped
  • Almonds-2teaspoon chopped

How to make Dates shake

  1. First chop dates in small pieces .
  2. Take a mixer jaar add chopped dates.
  3. Add half cup milk and cardmom powder.
  4. Blend them nicely
  5. Add half cup of milk more and mix well.
  6. Take out in a serving glass and garnish with cashewnuts and almonds
