Ingredients to make Fusion Confusion Taco

  • 2 pc Lijjat Papad
  • 200gm cottage cheese
  • 40 gm Ice berg lettuce
  • 30gm Spicy tomato salsa bottled
  • 30gm Chive Sour cream
  • 50gm Pizza Mozzarella cheese grated
  • For the Tandoori Marinade
  • 1 cup Hung curd
  • 30 ml saffron Water
  •  teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  •  teaspoon garam masala
  •  teaspoon Red chili powder
  • salt as per taste

How to make Fusion Confusion Taco

  1. Take the lijjat papad and roast them on gas range/ microwave. So that it cooks but it should not be too dark.
  2. Once the Papad is hot make a shape of taco shell.
  3. Now take the Tandoori Marinade mix and mix it all together once the marinade is ready add it to the cottage cheese cubes and let it rest for 4-5 hours. So that it can get all the flavors.
  4. Once cottage cheese is ready cook it in the oven/ electric Tandoor/ OTG at 180 degree Celsius.
  5. Once the paneer tikka is ready cut them into small cubes and mix them with spicy salsa.
  6. Now take the papad taco shell and add some lettuce in the base and add the paneer tikka mix in it.
  7. Now, top it up with some grated cheese and put it in the oven so that cheese can be gratinated and once the cheese is melted then add the sour cream and salsa on top and presentt warm
  8. Top with green coriander leaves
