Mango Bell Pepper Salsa is a sweet and spicy addition to your regular meal. Perfect with nachos, mango bell pepper salsa is a perfect summer delight.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Ripe Mango pitted and diced
  2. 1 red bell pepper seeded and finely diced
  3. 1 Yellow Bell Pepper seeded and finely diced
  4. 1 Red Onion finely chopped
  5. 1/2 cup Fresh Coriander finely chopped
  6. Kosher Salt to taste
  7. Crushed Black Pepper to taste
  8. 1 lemon juiced
  9. Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped mangoes, bell peppers, onion, coriander and some fresh mint.
  2. Season with lemon juice, kosher salt and freshly crushed black pepper and quick a nice toss.
  3. Let is sit for 10 minutes before serving.
  4. Garnish with some fresh mint and serve.
