Mango Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients to make Mango Yogurt Smoothie

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp. Quaker Oats
  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. honey, optional

How to make Mango Yogurt Smoothie

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour into serving glasses by adding ice cubes.
  3. If using garnish with coloured sprinkles or fresh mint and serve chilled.

My Tip:

I used ripe Ratnagiri Alphonso. The ripe the mango, the sweet the smoothie.
