Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 ripe Mango, peeled and cut into chunks
  2. 2 tbsp. Quaker Oats
  3. 1 cup low-fat Yogurt
  4. Pinch Cinnamon
  5. 1 tbsp. Honey, optional

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour into serving glasses by adding ice cubes.
  3. If using garnish with coloured sprinkles or fresh mint and serve chilled.
