Ingredients to make Instant mango cake

  • Parle g biscuit 1 packet
  • sugar as required
  • Eno 1 packet
  • mango essence with color i tsp
  • Milk to make batter
  • Scooped mangoes 1 cup
  • mango pulp out of one mango

How to make Instant mango cake

  1. Mix all the ingredients in mixer jar except eno
  2. Make a smooth batter then add eno
  3. Grease a microwave safe dish with ghee and pour the batter
  4. Micro wave the cake for mine five min
  5. Check the cake by inserting a pick
  6. Let it cool
  7. In a pan take one mango 's pulp and 4 tbsp sugar and boil it should be in dripping. Consistency and transparent then take out of the flame add mango essence .
  8. Cut the cake into two slices .pour the mango sauce on both the sides and again put them together
  9. Pour some sauce on top also and then decorate it with scooped mangoes .
