Ingredients to make Double Corn Bread

  • Yellow corn meal 1+1/2 cup
  • eggs 2
  • sugar 2tbsp
  • butter 50 gms
  • Baking powder1+1/2 tsp
  • Milk 3/4 cup.
  • corn kernals (frozen) 1/2 cup.

How to make Double Corn Bread

  1. Beat eggs,
  2. Add sugar,milk and butter and keep aside
  3. Sieve cornflour and baking powder together.
  4. Mix egg and flour mixture together and add corn kernels. Pour the contents in a well dusted cake tin,preferably square or rectangular
  5. Bake it in a preheated oven at200°cfor 25 min
