  • maze flour 2 cup
  • Whole wheat flour 1/3 cup
  • Sesame seeds 1tsp
  • Jaggery 1/3cup
  • Water 1/3 cup
  • Oil for frying

How to make Maze flour sweet poori (puye)

  1. First we will make jaggery syrup for this take a pan put jaggery and water and cook it .
  2. When Jaggery fully melted switch off the flame . And allow to little cool it
  3. Now take a high-hipped plater and put maze flour , whole wheat flour and sesame seeds mix them well
  4. Now from Luke-warm jaggery syrup make dough of flour .knead the dough well .
  5. Now make 4-5 balls from dough and roll a ball from rolling pin .
  6. take a wok put oil in it and heat it . In hot oil fry the poori both sides on medium flame until become golden in colour .
  7. Now remove the poori from oil . Make all poories like this .
  8. Serve hot with spicy green chatni or as your desire .
