Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Basmati rice 1 cup
  2. Moong dal 1 cup
  3. Desi ghee 4 tbsp
  4. Bay leaf 2
  5. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  6. Dry red chilli 3
  7. Salt
  8. Turmuric pwdr 1tsp
  9. Dhania pwdr 1tsp
  10. 2 cup chopped veggies (potato, raw banana, beans,pumpkin,parwal,)

Instructions

  1. First cut all the veggies in cube sized& washed
  2. Heat a pressure cooker add 3 tbsp desi ghee in it,
  3. Then add cumin seed, whole red chilly,&Bay LEAF.. .
  4. After crackling cumin seed add pwdr Masala & salt roast it for 1 min then add all veggies &mix properly,
  5. After 2 mins add washed rice,& moong dal , mix it ....
  6. Adjust the water level & closed the cooker lid...
  7. After 2 to 3 whistles , switch off the gas flame...
  8. When the pressure is released, open the cooker lid & add rest of the 1 tbsp desi ghee in the pulao.
  9. Its ready to be served.
