Ingredients to make Rice and chillies bake

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Green chillies 8 or 2 capsicums
  • Onions. 2
  • Soya granules 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes. 1/2 kg
  • Oil or butter 1/4cup
  • Chilli pd 1 tsp
  • Salt1tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp

How to make Rice and chillies bake

  1. Parboil rice with required amount of salt.
  2. Drain and pour cold water over it, strain and keep aside.
  3. Chop onions ,chillies and tomatoes
  4. Heat oil and fry onions till brown
  5. Add chillies and nutri granules, fry till soya granules.
  6. Then add salt, sugar and tomatoes ,stir well .
  7. Add rice and mix well
  8. Grease a baking dish and pour mixture into it
  9. Bake for 30 minutes
  10. Serve hot. Garnish with coriander.
My Tip: Non vegetarians can use minced keema. Capsicums can be used instead of green chillies
