Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Medium Potaoes (chopped medium size)
  2. 7-8Dry red chilles
  3. 4 ts oil
  4. 1 ts Coriander Seeds
  5. 1/4 cup tamarind pulp
  6. 1 ts Mustard
  7. Asofediata little
  8. 4 ts Coconut
  9. 1/2 ts Fenugreek
  10. 1 PINCH TURMERIC POWDER

Instructions

  1. Take potatoes and cut into small or medium pieces.You can either boil and keep it aside or you can cook it in oil while making tadka.
  2. Take little oil in kadai roast dry red chilles,coriander seeds add coconut,tamarind,turmeric powder and make coarse paste by adding little water.
  3. By the end while taking masala add mustard,asofediata,fenugreek seeds crackled in oil lastly and make one round in mixi. Take 2 ts oil in kadai.
  4. Add mustard when it starts crackling fry the potatoes in it and allow it to cook or Can add cooked potatoes.
  5. After you add masala and mix well.Add salt and little water .Bring boil in slow flame.
  6. cool the pickle and serve.
