Ingredients to make Mango cake

  • Eggs-3
  • Self raising flour-1 and a half cup
  • Baking powder-2 tsp
  • Unsalted butter-100gm
  • Sugar-1 cup
  • Fresh Mango pulp-2 cups
  • Vanilla essence-2 tsp
  • Fresh cream-4 tbsp

How to make Mango cake

  1. Take a hand blender and mix the sugar and eggs till it becomes creamy.
  2. Add butter and blend again.
  3. Next add the vanilla extract, baking powder and the flour.Mix well till smooth.
  4. Now gently add the mango pulp and cream and whisk well.
  5. Line the cupcake liners and pour the mixture till about 3/4 th of it.
  6. Bake at convection mode 180° for 35min.
  7. Prick and check that the cake is ready.It should come out clean.
  8. Serve with mango pulp or just the way it is.
