Mango Rasmalai

Ingredients to make Mango Rasmalai

  • 250ngm chena
  • One cup mango puree
  • 150 gm sugar
  • One tea spn corn starch
  • One tea spn rava
  • Half cup condensed milk
  • Half cup Cream
  • Half cup milk
  • Half tea spn mango essence
  • Some mango pieces n pistachio for garnish

How to make Mango Rasmalai

  1. Take chena mashed it till became soft
  2. Add corn starch n rava add few drop of mango essence
  3. Mix nicly n keep to cover it with a muslin cloth
  4. Take a deep pan put sugar n one liter of water make a thin chasni
  5. Now take chena mixture lightly mashed it n give a flatern shape like rasmalai
  6. Put slowly all the chena flatern ball in chasni one by one
  7. Now cook to cover it on high flame for 12 to 15 minute
  8. Let it cool down.
  9. Now take a mixi jar add milk n condensed milk n curn it add mango puree n some powder sugar just lightly churn it add mango essence
  10. Now take out the rasmalai to squze the chasni from it
  11. Put it in mango better n fully cover it with it
  12. Put it in fridge for two hour
  13. Garnish with mango pieces n pistachio
  14. Enjoy. Serve it chilled
