Makhani keri

Ingredients to make Makhani keri

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup or as per your taste
  • Makhane 1 cup
  • Kesar
  • Nutmug powder
  • Cardamom powder
  • Mango chuks 1 cup
  • dryfruits
  • Rice soked in water 1 spoon
  • Fresh mango puree 2 spoons

How to make Makhani keri

  1. Soak makhane in 2 cups of milk for 1 to 2 hrs
  2. Once they are soaked ,make smooth paste of it.
  3. In one heavy bottom vessel. boil 1 liter milk on slow flame.
  4. Once milk is boiled add in 1 spoon of saoked rice in it.
  5. When rice is cooked, add in makhana paste.
  6. Cook it on slow flame now, we can see that milk is reduced and getting thick.
  7. Now u can add in sugar and mango puree.
  8. Add in nutmug powder.
  9. Add in cardomum powder.
  10. Add in mango chunks.
  11. Now you can turn off the gas.
  12. And serve it either cold or hot.
