ABOUT YELLOW IDLI RECIPE

A yummy and healthy steamed idlis for a quick breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Urad Dal - 1/4 kg
  2. Moong Dal - 2 cups
  3. turmeric powder - 2 spoons
  4. Salt to taste
  5. grated carrot - 4 spoons
  6. coriander chopped - 2 spoons
  7. oil - 2 spoons (apply idli stand)
  8. greenchilli - 1,
  9. ghee - 2 spoons ( garnish in idli )
  10. ginger - 1/2 pieces

Instructions

  1. take out one bowl add green chilli,ginger Urad Dal,moong dal 1 hour soaked in water next griend paste
  2. next rest in dli bater 1/2 n hour next add carrot,coriander chopped ,salt all mixing well
  3. take idili stand apply oil in plates add batter cook in 6 mins next remove the idli arrange the plate apply ghee serving in hot that's it yellow idli is ready
