Ingredients to make Lila pataha

  • Fresh green chana /lilva boiled 2 cups
  • Fresh green peas boiled 1 cup
  • Boiled palak puree 2 to 3 spoons
  • Boiled potato 1 cup
  • Fresh grated panner 1/2 cup
  • Roasted chana daal powder 1 spoon
  • Adrak mirchi and coriander roughly chooped 1/4 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • ghee 1/2 cup
  • Garam masala 1 spoon
  • Kwara water few drops
  • coal

How to make Lila pataha

  1. Boil green chana and green peas and make smooth paste with minimum water.
  2. Now add in boiled potato,grated panner,palak puree, roasted daal powder,salt, chilly garlic pst, garam masala,kwara drops and 1 spon ghee. Now mix all very well. And keep it in fridge for 1 hr.
  3. Make whole in middle of the mixture and plce in hot coal and pour ghee over it and cover for few secs. Now make pattice and shallow fry it in ghee. Yummy yummy n healthy dish is ready.

My Tip:

If you find mixture too loose u can add in roasted channa dal powder or bread crums.
