Pineapple and mint shrikhand

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hung curd 1/2 kg
  2. Brown sugar 1 to 2 spoons
  3. Fine white sugar 1 to 2 cups
  4. Pineapple chunks (tined )
  5. Mint leaves
  6. Pineapple essence

Instructions

  1. Take 1 kg curd hang that in cotton cloth and tie for few hrs till water is removed.
  2. Now take hung curd add in sugar and sieve it well so that no lumps are left.
  3. Add in pineapple chunks and 1 drop of essence.
  4. Caramelise brown sugar and pour it on shirkand.
  5. Roast fresh mint leaves and crush and add in shrikhand.
  6. Now mix all well and keep it in fridge for few hrs.
