Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl moong moth sprouts boiled
  2. 2 medium sized boiled potato
  3. Finely chopped methi leaves 1 handful
  4. Finely chopped spinach leaves handful
  5. 2 green chilly
  6. Salt
  7. red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Dry mango powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Dry crushed pomegranate seeds - 1 tsp
  12. While serving or assembling [per portion] : Curd - 2 tbsp
  13. tamarind chutney - 1 tsp
  14. Sev bhujiya [generous amounts]
  15. finely chopped onion - 1

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough.
  2. Make small tikkis out of the mixture and shallow fry them on a pan with some oil.
  3. Brown the tikkis on both sides until they are crispy.
  4. To serve, add a tikki on to a plate, pour some curs and top with some imli chutney, sev and chopped onion on top.
