A quick and easy home made gulab jamun which taste is full of sweet mango.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Mango pulp 1/2 cup
  2. Rice flour 3/4 cup
  3. Baking soda 1 pinch
  4. Oil to fry the gulab jamun
  5. Chopped cashew nut 8-10
  6. For sugar syrup-
  7. Sugar 250 gm
  8. Water 250 gm
  9. Cardmom powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix mango pulp,rice flour and baking soda and mix it well spoon or beater
  2. Keep this mixture aside for few minutes
  3. Put sugar and water in a beaker on gas flame for sugar syrup
  4. When sugar dissolves off the flame
  5. Add oil in a kadhai and heat it
  6. Add the mango mixture with a small spoon in a ball shape in the hot oil
  7. Put the flame on medium and fry the gulab jamun from both the sides
  8. Continue the process with all the mixture.
  9. Add the gulab jamuns in little hot sugar syrup
  10. Add cardamom powder and cashew nuts
