Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 Cups Vermicelli roasted(wheat),
  2. 1 Onion chopped,
  3. 2 Green Chillies chopped,
  4. 1 Capsicum sliced,
  5. Curry leaves chopped,
  6. Coriander leaves chopped,
  7. 1 spoon Lemon juice,
  8. 1 spoon Mustard seeds,
  9. 1 spoon Chana dal,
  10. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. 3 spoons Oil
  12. salt

Instructions

  1. Take a vessel, heat 3 spoons of oil. Add mustard seeds, chana dal, capsicum, onion, chillies and curry leaves. Cook for 2 mins on a medium flame. Lastly add turmeric powder and salt, keep it aside. Now boil water (4 cups) separately, whe
  2. Now boil 5 cups water separately, when water starts boiling add only vermicelli. After 10 - 15 mins it gets cooked, drain water once cooking is done.
  3. Now mix vermicelli into the vessel and garnish it with coriander leaves and lemon juice.. It is ready to serve.
