Mango Magic

Ingredients to make Mango Magic

  • Mango puree 1 cup
  • Maida 2 cup
  • Sugar 2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Condensed Milk 1 tin
  • Butter 30 grams
  • Baking soda 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder 2 teaspoon
  • Mango essence 1 teaspoon
  • Mango slices for garnish
  • Yellow colour few drops
  • Whipped cream for Icing

How to make Mango Magic

  1. Seive Maida, baking soda and powder together.
  2. Add condensed milk and butter into this and give it a nice stir.
  3. Add essence and colour.
  4. And sugar if required.
  5. Dust the mould and pour the batter.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes at 180°c.
  7. When cool ice with whipped cream, mango puree and mango slices.
My Tip: Serve cool!!
