Make chasni of one thread consistency and keep aside
Trim the bread corner, soak in milk, mash it and add dry milk ,paneer.Mix well.
Make a small ball and stuff one piece of misri in it, by doing this bread's salty taste disappears.
Heat oil in a pan and fry bread balls on slow fire. When little cool, add in sugar syrup. Leave it till sugar syrup is absorbed.
Serve hot or cold
