Ingredients to make Mango ice candy

  • Mango pulp 2 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Custard powder 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Chopped cashew nuts 15 -20
  • Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp

How to make Mango ice candy

  1. In 1/2cup cold water mix custard powder and milk powder and mix it well
  2. Take remaining milk in a beaker with adding sugar in it on the flame to be boil
  3. Add mixture of custard powder and milk powder in the boiling milk
  4. Mix it with the spoon
  5. When the mixture becomes cold add mango pulp in a mixture jar and grind it
  6. Put this mixture in a big beaker to be freeze in the freezer
  7. After 1 hour again grind it . Continue this process 2 times more
  8. Now add cardamom powder and cashew nuts in the mixture and fill the mixture in icecream mould to be freeze in freezer
  9. After 3 hours take it out from the freezer decorate with some more cashews and serve to everyone
