  • 2-1/2 cups full cream milk
  • Mango-1small,
  • sugar- 2 tbsp( you can adjust as per your choice)
  • 1/4 tsp elaichi powder,
  • chopped dry fruits for garnishing,
  • leftover cooked rice 1 cup

How to make Instant Mango Phoenix Shots

  1. Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan.( keep 2 tbsp milk aside )
  2. Grind cooked rice with milk to a fine paste.
  3. Add rice paste to boiling milk.
  4. When it becomes thick add sugar.
  5. Cook till it becomes thick to set.
  6. Cool.
  7. Add Mango pulp little by little.
  8. Set in small glasses & refrigerate.
  9. Garnish with chopped nuts & serve.
