ABOUT Instant Mango Phoenix Shots RECIPE

Made from leftover cooked rice, so basically using up the cooked rice to get something extremely delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2-1/2 cups full cream milk
  2. Mango-1small,
  3. sugar- 2 tbsp( you can adjust as per your choice)
  4. 1/4 tsp elaichi powder,
  5. chopped dry fruits for garnishing,
  6. leftover cooked rice 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan.( keep 2 tbsp milk aside )
  2. Grind cooked rice with milk to a fine paste.
  3. Add rice paste to boiling milk.
  4. When it becomes thick add sugar.
  5. Cook till it becomes thick to set.
  6. Cool.
  7. Add Mango pulp little by little.
  8. Set in small glasses & refrigerate.
  9. Garnish with chopped nuts & serve.
