Thandai Cheesecake Tart

Ingredients to make Thandai Cheesecake Tart

  • For tart base :
  • 10-12 digestive biscuits
  • 2 tbsp Caster sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • For filling :
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 3 tbsp thandai mix
  • For Garnish :
  • 2 tbsp finely grinded pistachos
  • 2-3 saffron strands

How to make Thandai Cheesecake Tart

  1. In a grinder bowl add digestive biscuits, sugar and melted butter and grind until they form fine mixture.
  2. Pour and press this mixture in well greased loose bottom tart mould.
  3. Refrigerate it for 15 -20 mins.
  4. Whip cream cheese and add sugar , thandai powder and whipped cream and mix well.
  5. Pour this mixture over chilled biscuit base in tart mould.
  6. Keep in freezer for 20 mins and then garnish with pistachio powder and saffron strands.
  7. Serve chilled.
