ABOUT Vanilla Mango Pudding RECIPE

Its a lovely combination of Mango and Vanilla Flavour. A international dish with indian touch.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Milk 2 cups
  2. Cream 1 cup
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Salt a pinch
  5. Agar agar 1 tsp
  6. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  7. Nut as per your choice
  8. *For Mango Pannacotta
  9. Mango puree 2 cups
  10. Hot water 2 tblspn
  11. Agar agar 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat up milk on low flame.
  2. Add agar agar and stir well. Steam milk do not boil.
  3. Add cream n sugar mix till sugar dissolves.
  4. Switch off the flame add vanilla essence and chopped nuts.
  5. Let it cool for 10 mins.
  6. Set glasses in a bread loaf tin slightly tilt. Pour prepared better in glasses till touches the rim.
  7. Refrigerate is for 2 hrs or till set completely.
  8. In a big bowl add hot water and add agar agar. Mix till dissolves.
  9. Add mango puree and mix well.
  10. Pour in mango better on set vanilla pannacotta.
  11. Keep in refrigerator for 3-4 hrs. Serve chilled with desired garnishing.
