ABOUT Besan ke laddu RECIPE

Everybody loves the delicate, melt in the mouth , besan ke laddu. Here is how i make them and I have learnt this recipe from my mother.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Besan(gram flour) ------------ 2 cups
  2. Ghee ---------------- 1 and 1/2 cup
  3. shugar powder ----------------- 1 cup
  4. ilachi powder ------------------- 1 spoon
  5. cashew nut powder ---------------- 1/2 cup
  6. pista pices -------------------- 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan add the besan and stir and continue to roast
  2. for 4 minis on a low flame next add cashew nut powder ,shugar powder ,ilachi powder
  3. continue in next two minis fry next remove the batter in bowl .let the besan
  4. mixture cooling down.next apply ghee in a hand then make medium sized besan
  5. ladoos from the mixture.arrange the ladoos in a plat to garnish pista
