Ingredients to make Eggless Pineapple anniversary cake

  • 1 1/4 cup Maida,11/2 tsp baking powder,1tsp baking soda
  • 1 Tin 400 Gms condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp grinder sugar
  • 6 tbsp oil unflavoured
  • Approximately 1/2 cups milk
  • Oil for greasing the cake tin
  • Maida for dusting the cake tin
  • Whipped Cream 200 gms
  • 50 gms Pineapple tidbits
  • 3 tbsp sugar syrup for soaking the cake sponge

How to make Eggless Pineapple anniversary cake

  1. In a mixing bowl mix sieve maida ,baking powder n baking soda
  2. In another bowl.mix sugar grinder, oil n condensed milk.mix gradually
  3. Mix dry ingredients to the wet ingredients n mix well.
  4. Grease n dust the cake tin n pour the cake battery in the tin.The battery should be of pouring consistency.
  5. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Place the cake tin in the oven n bakes it for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
  7. Keep an eye after 20 minutes .check the cake with a toothpick when done
  8. Cool the cake for 2,3 hours
  9. Now cut the cake horizontally into 2 parts.
  10. Place the upper part on the cake board. Sprinkle sugar syrup over it.
  11. Spread the whipped cream n over it spread the pineapple tidbits.
  12. Place another piece of cake on it
  13. Cover the entire cake with whipped cream.Borfer the sides with the piping bag using star nozzle
  14. Garnish the cake with fresh flowers n place the couple topper on the top.
My Tip: You can use pineapple tang mixed with sugar syrup for the pineapple flavour.It tastes yummy
