Gulab jamun with milk pd

Ingredients to make Gulab jamun with milk pd

  • Milk powder. 1cup
  • Maida 1/4 cup
  • Elaichi pd 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4tsp Baking soda
  • 1tbsp desi ghee
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • For chashni
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Water 2 cup

How to make Gulab jamun with milk pd

  1. Mix milk powder and maida
  2. Except the curd, mix rest of the ingredients to the above.
  3. Mix well
  4. Now mix curd slowly & gradually and make a smooth dough
  5. Keep the dough aside for 1/2 an hour
  6. Meanwhile make chashni with sugar and water
  7. Now heat oil or desi ghee.
  8. Make balls with dough
  9. There must be no cracks in balls
  10. Deep fry on slow fire in slow heat
  11. Not put gulab jamun in luke warm chashni
  12. You can serve it with rabdi
My Tip: One thing must be luke warm .either gulab jamun or chashni.
