Ingredients to make Hariyali shaak

  • Small bringles 3 pcs
  • Small potatoes 3 pcs
  • Small onions 2 pcs
  • Adrak mirchi paste 1/2 cup
  • Lasun paste 2 to 3 spoons
  • Fresh grated coconut 3 to 4 spoons
  • Kurmura powder 3 to 4 spoons
  • Coriander chopped 1 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • Sugar pinch
  • Lemon 1 spoon
  • Oil 2 to 3 spoons
  • Rai 1 tea spoon
  • Jeera 1 tea spoon

How to make Hariyali shaak

  1. Take big bowl and make green mixture.
  2. Add in coconut,coriander chopped,kurmura powder, lasun paste, mirchi n adrak paste,salt and lemon and sugar.
  3. Now slit all veggies and fill in the mixture.
  4. Once filled you can steam thm for few mins.
  5. Now take oil in pan add in rai,jeera and drop in all the veggies and add in remaining green masalas and cook well.
  6. Do not over mix the sabji. Mix gently.
  7. Garnish and serve it roti,naan,puri or rice.
