Ingredients to make beetroot cutlets

  • Beetroot 2 nos
  • potato 2 nos
  • redchilli puwder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • oil
  • Cornflour 1/2 cup
  • roasted rava

How to make beetroot cutlets

  1. pressure cook potato and beetroot for2 whistles
  2. peel the skin. mash them. Add salt ,red chiili and garam masala powder
  3. Make small cutlets or tikkis out of the above.
  4. mix cornflour with a little water and make thick paste
  5. Dip the cutlets into the cornflour mix
  6. coat cutlets with roasted rava
  7. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry
