Ingredients to make Red pepper pickle

  • Red pepper 1 kg
  • mustard oil 250 ml
  • Asoefodia 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt 4 teaspoon
  • fennel seeds 6 teaspoon
  • mustard seeds 3 teaspoon
  • Black salt 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  • Chaat masala 3 teaspoon

How to make Red pepper pickle

  1. Wash the peppers
  2. Remove the cap
  3. Make slit inbetween
  4. Keep in sunlight for 4..5 hours
  5. Grind mustard seeds and fennel seefs
  6. Mix all the spices add 2 teaspoon oil in masala
  7. Stuff the masala in peppers
  8. Keep in an airtight container
  9. Add rest of the oil
  10. Keep the jar in sunlight for 2..3 days

Don't use wet spoon to handle pickles
