Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Beetroot. 4
  2. Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  3. 2-1/4cup sugar
  4. 1/2 tsp ginger julians
  5. 10 to 15 roasted almonds

Instructions

  1. Wash beetroots
  2. Peel them and grate them
  3. Now take some water and boil beetroots till tender
  4. After cool make a puree in blender
  5. Take a heavy bottomed pan
  6. Put sugar and beetroot puree in it
  7. Put ginger in it
  8. Mix it continuously so it's not burnt
  9. When its leaves the sides its done
  10. Mix lemon juice and roasted chopped almonds in it
  11. Mix it well
  12. Pour in glass jar
  13. Its ready to serve
  14. Children will love it
