Ingredients to make Buckwheat cupcake

  • Buckwheat flour 1 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • baking soda 1 tsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • vinegar 1 tbsp
  • vanilla extract 1 tbsp
  • 1 cup sugar

How to make Buckwheat cupcake

  1. Mix wet ingredients and mix the dry ingredients separately. Sieve the dry mixture to remove any lumps.
