ABOUT Nutri matar RECIPE

Simple and tasty nutri matar. A very quick veggie to go with dal and roti.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup nutrela
  2. 1 big sized Onion finely chopped
  3. 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1-2 Green chillies
  5. 1/2 cup boiled peas
  6. 1tsp Salt
  7. 1 tsp cumin powder
  8. 1 tsp Dhaniya powder
  9. 1tsp kitchen king masala/ garam masala
  10. 1tbsp oil (any)
  11. 1tsp Haldi powder

Instructions

  1. Soak nutrela in water for 10 minutes
  2. take a wok and add 1 tbsp oil. add chopped onion.
  3. Saute onions till brown. Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies
  4. Saute until the raw garlicky smell goes off.
  5. Add salt, cumin powder, haldi, dhaniya powder and garm masala.
  6. Add chopped tomatoes.
  7. Saute till the tomatoes become mushy and oil starts separating.
  8. add Nutrela and boiled peas and cover the wok with a lid. Simmer the gas\
  9. Let it sit for five-seven minutes.
  10. Switch off the flame and its ready.
