Ingredients to make Veg malai sandwich

  • Boiled and mashed potatoes - 3
  • 5-8 bread slices
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup finely chopped vegetables (capsicum carrots cucumber and tomatoes)
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1/2 cup thick malai
  • 1/2tsp black pepper powder
  • Semolina (Suji) to sprinkle
  • Oil for toast

How to make Veg malai sandwich

  1. In a bowl take boiled and mashed potatoes, add vegetables .
  2. Add Salt,green chilli,black pepper powder .
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Now add malai on it and mix well
  5. Apply this mixture on bread .
  6. And sprinkle Suji or semolina
  7. Apply little bit of oil on tawa and toast it from both side.
