Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Capsicum 1 sliced
  3. Onion 1 slicd
  4. Tomato 1/2 sliced
  5. Jeera acc to like
  6. Soya souce 1 table spoon
  7. 3 or 4 green chiilies slice
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red pepper acc to taste
  10. Oil one table spoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan
  2. Put jeera and onion in it...don't over cook it
  3. Now add tomatos and capsicum
  4. Keep vegetable bit crunchy
  5. Now add green chillles and soya sauce salt and red chilly powder cook for while
  6. Now add cooked rice and mix all vegetables
  7. Cover it and cook for another 3 4 mintues.
