Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ripe tomatoes 4
  2. Tomato puree 1 big cup
  3. Ginger paste one tespoon
  4. Green chilli paste 1 tespoon
  5. Amul cream 200 gm
  6. Kaju paste 2 spoon
  7. Sugar 1 spoon
  8. Salt 1 teaspoon
  9. Black salt 1/4 tespoon
  10. Coriander powder 2 tespoon
  11. Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Kashmiri chilli powder 1/4 tespoon
  14. Hot Milk 1 cup
  15. Cottage cheese for stuffing 150 gm
  16. Kaju chopped 1 spoon
  17. Kishmish 1 spoon
  18. Green coriander chopped handful
  19. Green chilli finely Chopped 1
  20. Ginger finely chopped 1 tespoon
  21. Salt 1/4 tespoon for stuffing
  22. Oil 2 spoon
  23. Cumin 1 /2 teaspoon
  24. Asafoetida little bit

Instructions

  1. Remove the top of the tomatoes and scoop the flesh from inside.
  2. Puree the pulp with other tomto in blander.
  3. For the filling Grate cottage cheese and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Fill the tomatoes with the filling an keep aside.
  5. For the gravy Heat a pan add oil ,when the oil is hot add cumin and little bit asafoetida .
  6. Add tomato puree ,ginger, green chilli paste and all spices.
  7. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes .
  8. Now add cashew paste.mix well.
  9. Now add cream ,mix well .
  10. And now milk ,after one boil add stuffed tomato,
  11. Cook it till the tomatoes becomes soft.
  12. Serve hot with naan or pratha.
